If you ever contacted the Customer Services at China Southern Airline, you would find they are extremely unhelpful, misleading, or simply unresponsive and have zero sense of customer services. The level of incompetence can go way beyond your comprehension. All airlines or companies would have incidents, customer services are there to help the customers to handle these ordeals, but definitely not the responsibilities for the Customer Service at China Southern. We asked them when we could hear back from them, first was 3-5 business days, then extended to 7 business days, then 10 business days, still no response and told us that they have been working on it, but no dates can be provided, asked who we could reach out to escalate the matter, they gave us a wrong number and extension. I almost doubt if their management have trained them to do so, otherwise how they can be so off?! Stay away from them!!!
