An incredibly incompetent organization posing as a passenger airlines. The pathetic attempt to blame the weather for your inability to meet your schedule, while American, Southwest and other airlines fulfill theirs is almost laughable if it weren't for the fact that your poor excuse for staff seems to believe it. The quality of customer service provided by the utterly inept employees you generously call agents is without equal. It must take a special training regimen to get people to behave so poorly, provide so little help and seemingly escalate existing issues. In one 14 hour test of patience and control I experienced, along with numerous others, the worst service any business could have provided. I will never, ever fly Delta again.
