Actually stuck on a plane with a technical problem for 2 hours now. Cab in crew even did not propose a single glass of water, went at the back were I have finally got one. Nothing to eat (except the meal but of course its not possible to get one... Even if you are nearly going to collapse). Not even a little snack on a 12hours flight. Its just a joke. Even in a low cost plane you can eventually buy at least something. Cabin crew are unkind as possible and Im sorry for the.pilot who try to keep us inform but its really expensive for the service Not to talk about flight untertainment which during this 2:15 was totally off. By the way ee still in the plane, finally got a glass of water..... And just now we have to change aircraft, 1 more hour to wait
