I traveled from US to Delhi on Jan 12th and returned on Jan 21st. I am sorry to say that my overall experience was horrible. I will never fly KU again. Bad customer service, Entertainment systems not working on such a long flight - UNACCEPTABLE. Checkin at on Jan 21st took 1.5 hours even though there were only 2 people ahead of me. The customer service staff at counter would not give a reason for delay.
