Turkish Airlines review by Francisco

On August 2022 we flew from USA to Barcelona and then to Istambul (Turkey). Our experience with this airline was terrible. They tend to overbook the flights by 20% of the seats so when we went to check in they told us we were in the waiting list that the airline has sold more tickets than seats. Eventhough we had a ticket they did not allow us to fly. It happened twice so we had to spend two days at the airport and not be able to do the activities we had for our vacation. It ruined our vacation trip to Turkey. We do not recommend to anybody Turkish airlines. Airline Staff were extremelly rude to more than 30 people that we had the same situation. It was their problem but they did not give us any solution.
