I was told my flight was cancelled when I went to check in at London, Ont airport. I had a connecting flight in Toronto. They suggested I either drive to Toronto that evening or spend the night. I did not get my money back. I had my husband drive me to Toronto. I barely made it, they were closing the gate. My flight from Toronto to my destination was nice, I have no complaints there. Air Canada has nice planes and staff because they make their money from cancelling people's flights.
