Horrible experience in my trip with Lufthansa In April 2017 I traveled with Lufthansa to Tehran via Frankfurt from Houston. Houston-Frankfurt operator was united airlines. Although I paid an additional $65 to upgrade my seat, it was very uncomfortable and very narrow. Food was horrible and I could not eat it. For return trip the travel agency (Vayama.com) has sold me a fight ticket from Tehran to Houston via Vienna and Frankfurt. During the return, in Tehran airport (IKA), grand service did not check me in because I did not have a Schengen visa to fly from Vienna to Frankfurt. I did not know I need a vise to travel from Vienna to Frankfurt and no one told me when I booked the ticket. Lufthansa ground service crew in Tehran (especially ladies in check in desk at 2:00 pm-4:00 pm Saturday 22 April) are very unprofessional and rude. They consider themselves as king and queen of England. They ORDER me to leave the check in desk and refuse to help me. I didn't have cell phone and internet to contact travel agency (Vayama.com). Lufthansa ticket service in Iran also was closed at that time. Lufthansa don't have ticket help desk in Iran. I asked my brother to call Lufthansa ticket help d
