First off I would like to say that the flight crew and staff on the plane was extremely professional. Here is where your problem is as a business owner I have never witnessed more unprofessional customer service at the Logan Boston airport from being lied too from the same guy multiple times 1st blaming massport 2nd blaming the pilots union and 3rd telling me how he witnessed AA throwing a toddlers casket around like it was not human remains, first off I would like to think that anyone would treat someone's loved one with the upmost care but why tell me like as if it would distract me from my 4+hr bump yesterday 5/17/2017 flight #615 to Fort Lauderdale then to Tampa as I was waiting he continued to bum cigarettes from me later to witness him playing slap ass with a fellow female employee infront of children hundreds of frustrated customers just very unprofessional once on the flight everything was OK unfortunately though the customer service at the flight desk was Beyond disrespectful. Being in business you never talk badly about your competitors and lying is just a big no something needs to be done in Bos your staff is beyond out of control review cam and it will speak 4 itself.
