American Airlines review by Jacqueline

My family of 5 flew to across the country to Hawaii. To begin out vacation, we sat on the tarmac for just under 3 hours. Trying to get home, after a red eye coming back, we were delayed in the Dallas airport for several hours because the plane we were supposed to get on wasn't here. I don't believe I will be flying American again anytime soon.
