My latest flight was so difficult for several reasons. First, Air Canada does not have a handicap waiting area at Sea-Tac. Second, the washroom was through "first class" curtains and it was uncomfortable for me. Third, there was complimentary beverages on an almost 5-hour flight. I felt like baggage rather than a customer who paid a great deal of money for the flight. Shabby.
