NEVER AGAIN: Usually i dont write reviews, but in this case i feelf obliged to warn other gullible travelers. Do not fly with this joke of an airline. While living in Singapore i gave it a try flying to KL, the flight had a delay of two hours. Okay bad luck, these things happen I thought. Than back to singapore, one hour delay. Than to Manila, the flight got cancelled. Than from jakarta to Singapore, 4,5 hours delay... Everytime i contacted the staff about some kind of compensation i was rudely turned down and basically told where to go. The nice lady at the counter told me a could purchase the right to wait in their lounge for an extracharge. If you use this Airline your fligt will be cancelled or delayed, you will get no compensation or even an apology. Their customer service is a total farce. My guess is their airplanes are so old and so poorlx maintaned that they have technical problems all the time... decide for yourself. If you plan to arrive at your destination in time and relaxed take any other airline, or the bus. Or walk. All will be better than flying with Air delayed Asia.
