And by far, the worst I've ever flew with. For days I've been trying to add my luggage and seats online. The site wouldn't work. I end up going to their office, and surprise surprise : Sorry sir but for international flights, you can't do it on the website! Well, here is one for the books! I before that tried to reach them by phone for days. No answer or call back. Emails, no answer. I went to Facebook and messaged them. All my messages were "read", but not an answer.... Alright, I need to add in my checked luggage. Sure sir, that'll be 10.000 baht (~309$) Tu put it in perspective, I paid 7000 baht for my round-trip ticket. I say that's insane and makes no sense. She says, and I quote : just buy another ticket from me and include the checked in luggage! And that'll be 7000 baht! Long story short, they made me purchase a ticket, win for the agent, win for the airline, screw the customer right? Right...
