Again....one of the brakes of my daughter's wheelchair of my daughter was broken beginning the first flight. We traveled to Hawaii, making to two stop going to Hawaii and two stops back to Atlanta. Cn you imaging all the efforts we did to "enjoy" our vacations. This is the second time this happened. We paid a lot for this travel, we had to upgrade to be all together in the way we all can help my daughter, but again something happened out of our control. What is your answer to this American Airlines?
