Economy Class

MASwings changed the flight time to 2 1/2 hours before we booked without informing us causing us to miss the only Kuching to mulu flight of the day. They claimed they didn't have an email address to inform us of the change but I received a confirmation email when I originally booked so they must have. This meant we spent 3 hours of our holiday in the ticket office at the airport, paid for a night at the Marriott which we couldn't use and had to fly on my birthday which I was trying to avoid. Not impressed.
