Worst experience ever. I repeat, WORST! Flight delayed by 3 hours and no notice given to us, waiting at the gate, then found out gate changed, waited a few more hours, then flight cancelled, then hours of hassle trying to arrange accommodation in Melbourne, staff super rude and totally unhelpful. Unbelievably poor performance!
