I had a two way ticket from Melbourne to Kathmandu with transit at Malaysia. The cutomer service that I experienced on 4 flight was really poor. The attitude of the staff was poor aswell. The main issue was raised when the flight delay happen on return at Kuala Lumpur. The flight was delayed for more than 10 hour due to technical issue. It was understandable, Nobody wants to take the risk of their life but there was no announcement made neither change in the display monitor. Somebody realizes through the message. After that the mismanagement of the passanger lead to frustration. People were sitting on the floor to get them a flight transfer. Many people waited with frustration and anger. I raised my issue with transfer staff(Malaysian Airline representative) but didinot listen. There were Elderly people on that flight with the same issue but was left alone. I and other elderly people take rest on the airport bench the whole 10 hour. I lost my flight and have to rebook the flight which even cost me money. The customer service was poor. The management of flight delay was poor.
