Cathay Pacific review by Andrea 2017-01-05

I just booked a flight from Hong Kong to Perth with Cathy pacific directly. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel the next day. I cancelled it exactly 24 hours after booking. They charged me a huge cancellation fee which is not fair. Even charges for the flight itself was horrendous. EDITORS COMMENT: It doesn't seem fair we agree but if you buy a non flexible ticket with any airline you would incur the same charges. The same thing woudl happen with any airline unless you had purchased the far more expensive flexible ticket in the first place.
