Passenger Review
AirAsia Thailand review by Thomas

Over 6′ Tall? Book an Emergency Exit Seat! How does an airline with the lowest break-even load factor in the business still get voted as the world’s favorite low-cost carrier? Put as many rows of seats as possible into an Airbus and supplement with a bright interior and lots of big smiles. Although cramped, the interior was fresh and bright, the cabin crew professional and polite, and even the lavatories were clean. If only they would eliminate the recline button on the seats. Unfortunately, there are still travelers that just don’t consider fellow passengers when it comes to leg room, or anything else for that matter (not the airline’s fault – it’s the modern traveler culture).
