Long term customers are not recognized as such. If you lost your gold status you are a nobody again even if you flew 1 million miles with LH Group before. The service is ok but far from extraordinary. The prices are on the upper end for the service provided. Business Class is good, Economy especially in Europe is nothing to remember. We flew from Zurich via Munich to Naples. Flight cost was 3 times Easyjet (which we took for return), and the only difference were the free drinks.
