The Good: - Flight crew is always friendly, helpful and always seeks to cater to your needs - Food on the flight is great (though I've noticed Book the Cook options to be limited) The Bad: - The SQ JFK check-in process (even for business class) is one of the most chaotic and frustrating experiences I've had. It can take up to 30 minutes being in line (for a Business class passenger) & I've encountered a check-in staff who raised their voice to customers. I even witnessed one of the supervisors rolling their eyes and being snarky at a Business class-Solitaire customer (SQ's highest status) who insisted on lining up in the First Class line (which the SQ website says they are allowed to do so). Additional: - I've been having issues with missing miles on Singapore's Krisflyer and my interaction with SQ customer service has been a nightmare. It's been 6 months now since I've had the issue, and 4 months since I've flagged the issue to Singapore Airlines customer service, and it has yet to be resolved. It's a shame to see what used to be a great airline fall from grace this quickly and this badly.
