Frontier Airlines review by Michelle 2017-06-03

I have been flying for work&pleasure for 14 years. This is the WORST airline. They offer cheap fares but with so many limitations and much longer flight times. You think you are saving money but at the end when your flight is delayed or cancelled (most often it is cancelled) you end up spending twice as much for another fare. I recently gave them one last chance and booked a flight but to see my daughter. Two days before my departure she ended up in the Emergency Room and I called in a frantic at 2:00pm to change my flight. No flights available that day, not even a late night time. I had no choice but to get a flight out on Delta. But Frontier would not give me a refund, not even when I sent them a copy of my daughter's hospital admission to the ER. Most of their flights do not have a return flight available or it takes over 11 hours to fly from point A to point B within the USA. Ridiculous!
