The Jetstar ground staff at Melbourne International Airport need to improve their customer service in that it felt like we were animals being hoarded on to a truck during the boarding process! I recognise that I purchased a seat on a low cost airline but I do feel that Jetstar could at least provide it's passengers with a free blanket and bottle of water for an international evening flight totalling nearly 10 hours. EDITORS COMMENT: You can have as much water as you like and a blanket and pillow but you need to pay for it. there woudl have been full service airlines operating on the same route that would offer all these free but the original ticket price would have been much higher.
