I paid for something in advance that I would never receive. I prepaid for specific seats. When I arrived to the airlines, I was told I did not have seats reserved. As soon as I landed at my destination, I contacted Turkish Airlines customer service as that’s what I was told and continued to be told, thereafter. Over 3 months later, I have yet to have the situation resolved. I now have high blood pressure but no refund. It's July 7, this started April 11, they sent me an email last week letting me know they have issued me a refund. I was instructed to call the sales office and use the approval code provided. I called the number provided and sure enough, after another transfer, they are instructing me that I have to physically go to the sales office to receive my refund. Firstly, if I paid over the phone via cc and we''re in the 21st century, why is it not possible to receive my refund the same way especially in lieu of all the time wasted and aggravation? Secondly, the nearest sales office is 2 hours away from my home!
