Avoid this airline. The ticket price may be cheap, but by the time you pay for checked bags/carry-ons and in-flight refreshments, you may very well end up losing money. I'm surprised they weren't charging to use the bathrooms on the plane. The planes are crowded and uncomfortable, the flight crews are inexperienced and unprofessional. Spend a few extra dollars and fly with a different carrier - you won't be sorry. Customer service is terrible - I was being hammered by emails advising me to check in online, pay for preferred seating and baggage, then the website conveniently malfunctioned after I entered my payment information. What made the least sense was the stop in Detroit on a flight from Seattle to Atlanta - everybody got off the plane and stood around the gate waiting to get back on the same plane - the only end result was adding time to an already long flight.
