Flown over 70,000 air miles so far this year and never flown with such a useless bunch of amateurs ever! No infight food available, lost my bag in Frankfurt, took them nearly 2 whole days to get it back to me, and so far, its taken them over 2 weeks to reply to my claim for having to purchase new clothes!!! Hopeless customer service, never come across anything this bad before!!
