Southwest Airlines review by Kay

On 11/09/17 I️ traveled from St. Louis to Raleigh, North Carolina with my mother. Southwest rocked it from beginning to end! Baggage check in outside was so easy and the guys were so helpful! The ladies in screening were so nice and helpful to my mother who had to go to a separate area. When I️ finished in screening the screener was holding her hand and walked her over to me! Thanks ladies! The lady at boarding also allowed us to board early because of moms disability! You made it an easy experience for someone that was a bit nervous traveling with my mother. Thank you so much.
