Not one single flight left on time even after everyone was ticked off and checked in. If you actually pay for the upgrades its costs the same as good airlines. Seats where tiny and so unpleasantly uncomfortable and i am a small person. Staff pretty much ignored me and did not give me a departure or arrival card. Both trips had 6 hour stopovers at kl almost like they aretrying to force you too spend money there. I saw a huge number of the same people at the start of my stopover as the end. The excess stopover and delay turned what should have been a 15-20hr journey into a 32 hr journey. I was placed next to parents while a little girl was placed on her own. Ofcourse i offered to move but how bizarre? I will never use this airline carrier again.
