British Airways review by C 2017-06-01

Only fly BA 40% of my business trips now (do 70 flights a year) as the lack of free food and drink has changed my experience of BA. If they are going to penny pinch, then so am I! I now use EasyJet and Wizzair from Luton which are much cheaper and he experience is the same. Actually you could say the experience is better as although the Terminal at Luton is a dump at the moment, the planes take off much quicker as it is not as congested as Heathrow. Get rid of Alex Cruz he is ruining a great British brand ! So sad.....
