Our flight had been delayed for 9 hours and we had to sleep on the cold floor. The AirArabia crew and the airport staff told us two different things as if they too didn't know a thing. We checked their website only to see there would be no flights to Yerevan for two days, but the crew assured us our connecting flight would wait for us, and if not there'd be another one. So we landed in Sharjah and spent the entire day at the airport, like some criminals in jail, since we couldn't leave the airport and had no to little mobility there. The AirArabia staff was rude, they didn't answer our questions and gave us no information about our connecting flight. If we didn't literally bother and annoy them they wouldn't even give us a hotel room to stay in or a foot ticket to have dinner. I had to miss two unpaid working days to waste them in the airports, with no shower, and no baggage. I had to miss a very important family gathering that was devoted to my deceased grandfather.
