Air Canada review by Tam

It was a nightmare. Online checking in was not working. The flight was canceled without notice. New flight keeps delaying every 30 minutes and continues this trend for 5 hours. Staff was not helpful or able to answer any questions at all. No one knows what's going on. How can an airline function this poorly in this modern era? All we asked for is to keep us informed. The lineup for customer service was over one hour long but was not helpful at all.
