American Airlines review by Mike

A most unpleasant experience. Although the staff were nice, the wait times were unbearable. The times and gates are always changing. No captain to pilot a scheduled flight. Then after waiting all day the flight gets cancelled. I was given a hotel voucher yet sent to the wrong area to meet the van. Then once at the right area I was told by a maintenance worker that I needed to pick up a phone to hear my hotel. I listen to all 15 hotel selections, none of which were the one on voucher. So I went online and found them only to have them say you have to find your own way here. At that point my money was exhausted so I stayed all night in the airport till a noon flight the next day with no sleep. Very discouraging indeed.
