Air Canada review by Ezra

Terrible! First they advertise a flight to Mexico City from Seattle, going first to Canada for a flight transfer. Apparently you have to fill out some sort of clearance form in advance if you are Mexican flying through Canada? It would be nice if the airline made sure you did this form in advance, or at least emailed people to make sure we even know it exists since it is a new thing? My wife is Mexican. We get to Seatac and after waiting for over an hour just to get to the check in desk because they only had two people working the desk, find out about this supposed form, they won't let her board, she has to postpone her flight. I take kids to Mexico. She is scheduled for the next flight the next day. It is delayed by hours. She misses my bday with the family in Mexico. The airline also loses my son's bag, he is without clothes. No offer to compensate us. Sound doesn't work for two of our four seats. My seat doesn't recline so forget sleeping. Worst experience
