*begin rant* Airlines really need to get it together these days!! Drove all the way from the outer banks last night to Norfolk International Airport (2 hours) to find out LaGuardia Airport air traffic control messed up and booked too many flights to fly at the same time (as if that's our fault) and our flight is first delayed 4 hours then completely cancelled, then proceeds to tell us they can't re-route us and we have to come back tomorrow morning (today) and "we're welcome to book a hotel" (BUT, they won't pay for it or refund us the money...again, as if it is our fault we have to stay over night) -- and then books us on a flight today that has a 3 hour stop over, instead of our original 30 minute one. No wonder they are losing so many customers. This is my second time (AND LAST TIME) flying into New York where my flight has been cancelled. Get it together & teach the air traffic people how to do their jobs Delta *end rant*
