HORRIBLE complaint system. LIED about my pwt in cabin: confirmed it several times, but never sent itinerary or pet confirmation, then said pet was NOT confirmed, charged $400 to change my ticket. IST airport employees STEAL expensive DUTY FREE liquors showing fake US-TSA printout about liquids over 100ml not allowed. Their food sucks.
