This airline messed up all of our flights back. The pilots were nice and flight attendants but the people at the front desk in all spots weren't nice. they weren't nice to us at all when you are flying with a massive group they got upset with us because there were so many of us. I don't recommend flying with an American airline it was so much stress and you don't need that when your trying to enjoy a trip and then having to deal with rude people.
