6 hours after our flight was supposed to leave frontier canceled. Took them an addition 3 hours to get into a hotel room by 3am. We were told we would be refunded and rebooked the next day. BUT when we got to the airport, we had to pay for the flight again before the refund was even processed. The fight from Cleveland to Tampa took 20 hours in total and forced me to miss a day of work and pay. How is this airline a legit business? They stole from me and didn't even deliver on what I paid for twice!
