Montreal to Casablanca on RAM 207: Flight delayed 3 hours (also the pattern for 3 weeks before my departure), causing me to barely make my connecting flight to Madrid and my luggage lost for 2 days. Aircraft toilets dirty and had no soap! Food was barely edible and crew did not appear in first hour after take-off. Only saving grace is the spacious legroom. Return Casablanca to Montreal on RAM 208: Flight again delayed by nearly 2 hours. Toilets are dirty, no soap/paper towel dispensers. My entertainment unit malfunctioned: pictures upside down throughout flight.
