Had 6 flights with these guys recently. 1 was cancelled, 1 was showing "pending payment - I had to pay for it for second time, 3 were significantly delayed, 1 had no dramas. And they lost my luggage on transfer. Shocking communication from their back office/planning team and poor post-flight customer service. Comfy planes if you are on one of the new ones, staff on board was good.
