Low cost, fast gate to gate without delays. So if you're flying less than 2 hours FLY SOUTHWEST. It will cut your gate to gate time versus United by over an hour. They don't waste time, but it's a poor customer experience. Time is worth it for me on the short haul but could not take a 3+ hour flight with them.
