I traveled with SriLankan from CMB to MEL, utterly appalled by their unethical practices regarding refund processing. I requested a refund for the unused return portion of my ticket, and what I received was nothing short of daylight robbery.

Worst experience with this flight, especially from Sharjah. They have you wait in long lines after boarding, in the narrow flight connect area, which is hot and suffocating. The staff do not help out . If the flight isnt ready to board yet, have your customers seated in the waiting area! Do NOT choose this airline even on your worst day!

Before flying from Geneva to Nouakchott I received an e-mail saying that one has to be at the airport at least 4 hours prior to departure. Check-in was a mess. The bagagge drop took one and a half hour. Swissport was handling on 4 counters only flights to various destinations involving wide body aircrafts. Pure mayhem! After boarding the plane the experience changed completely. Attentive crew members, excellent food and drinks offerings. Smooth transfer at Casablanca airport. The return flight was exactly the same with the difference that the check-in at Nouakchott was faster and smoother than at Geneva airport.....

Absolutely not acoomodating when it gets to delayed baggage. Swiss didn't manage to get my bags on flight with me and they did not come up for half the expenses, I had on their behalf.

DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, PURCHASE A FLIGHT THROUGH ICELAND AIR!!! I've NEVER written a review before, but the sheer level of incompetence and cruelty I've experienced with this airline forces me to warn every potential customer. I spent $1300 on a flight with Iceland Air, and the day of my flight, my brother tragically passed away. I called the airline to see if they could assist me in dealing with this devastating situation. What I got in return was a complete lack of help, total indifference, and zero empathy. For months, I tried to find a way to reschedule my flight or, at the very least, get any reasonable accommodation. After endless attempts, they finally responded to me via email, and guess what they offered? A laughable refund on a small fraction of the taxes I paid on a $1300 ticket! This company is a disgrace. They are inhumane, unethical, and simply appalling in their treatment of customers. They couldn't care less about human decency or common sense. I will NEVER book a flight with them again. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this airline--you'll regret it if you don't.

Horrible & disgusting experience of booking flight ticket with flydubai I booked with flydubai through makemytrip & by mistake wrong date was got selected, instead of 31st May, ticket was booked for 31st March. Immediately I contacted fly dubai & make my trip both, but they came up with 100% penalty as per their T&C. I pleaded them to change date to 31st May with an accurate flight cost, but they don't have any exceptions & 0% customer centric view. In today's date this kind of service is unacceptable, This is the last time I booked with FlyDubai & I do not recommend anyone to fly with this airlines which is not flexible towards their customers. I paid 1262 AED & they will refund 142 AED & they will sell that same flight seat to another passenger with a higher price. They are corporate thief masked under their so called terms & condition which does not have any humanity on people's hard earned money.

We were flying from Dhaka to Chittagong and back. Very attentive crew who was eager to follow-up on safety procedure. Smooth check-in and bagagge recovery.

It was my first and last time to choose air Arabia . The staff at Tehran airport were pathetic , non professionals ,they were in hurry to leave the counter.mostly in other airlines they don’t issue the online tickets without getting the visa status of ok to board but in Air Arabia they had issued the ticket without checking the visa status and they confirm the ok to board once you are getting your boarding pass so Once you hand over your password they tell you wait to confirm verification your visa through email. If you are lucky enough your ticket won’t be wasted otherwise they waste your time , energy and fare while telling you that we can’t refund because it is passengers issues not ours. The worst part was that there was no office or manager I can coordinate in Tehran office. I personally not suggest this airline at all . Disappointed with air Arabia

Eva Air still the best, but the seat in 787 not more spacious then 777-300ER. Food is best. Service 6 star. Good job guys.
