Great long-haul flight with excellent value for money. Full-service experience at a budget airline price, with good meals, snacks, and drinks. Comfortable A350 with good legroom, friendly staff, strong Eng inflight entertainment with large screen, and smooth baggage handling.

The worst airline ever. Customer service is rude and mean. They pretend not to speak English when it’s profitable for them. Never fly with them if you are willing to have a safe flight.
